Daal Poori is also popularly known as Bedawi Poori – a dish made of whole wheat flour, crushed lentils, and spices. It is normally served with aloo sabji. Method of Preparation
1. Take Daal Poori Atta in a mixing bowl and add water. To make a soft dough for poori, add some oil while kneading, and rest the dough for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a kadhai.
3. Cut dough in small pedas and coat the rolling surface and rolling pin with a lot of oil. Deep fry poories and serve hot.
