Graminway Multi Millet Atta is made with 5 millets – Jowar, Bajra, Ragi, Navane, and Little Millet. Mildly spiced, this can be a replacement for whole wheat flour and maida. This flour is gluten-free and very nutritious because of the use of millets. It is also light and easy to digest.
Method of Preparation
1. Take 2 cup of Millet flour, Add water and make soft dough.
2. Cut in to small pedas and roll in to thin chapati.
3. Cook on iron griddle with ghee and serve hot with sabji.
